PROTEAN Ultima 000 is an NSF: H1 registered grease that can be used as a multi-purpose grease within the food and beverage industry, as well as other cleanroom environments such as the pharamceutical sector.

This grease is a true all-rounder, and is enhanced with PTFE, anti-pressure and anti-wear additives. These performance boosting additives help ensure fantastic results with every application. This grease performs well in wet and saturated environments, and can be used in high load and high temperature conditions.

Protean Ultima 000 is a low-viscosity grease that falls into the semi-fluid category. This consistency is perfect for high speed applications, and is especially effective in enclosed lubrication systems.

This grease can be used for a wide range of applications, particularly for bearings, chains and gears. The versatility of Ultima 000 makes it a great option for anyone looking to streamline their food-grade grease selection.

PROTEAN Ultima 000 can be applied manually, by grease gun, auto lubrication system or by other methods suitable for an NLGI No. 000 grease

As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the previously applied grease and if necessary, purge bearings prior to application. Likewise, as a general rule, take care not to overlubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.

Product is to be stored in a clean, dry, storage area in its original sealed packaging. Shelf Life: 36 months* (unopened)

*Some bleeding may occur when not in use for extended periods of time, however thorough mixing will return the mixture to its original state.
